Office Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM | Monday to Saturday
Location: Maaesa Creations , Plot No. 135, Prime estate , Jagatpura, behind JNU University, Landmark: Jagatpura RTO

Key Responsibilities:

• Process orders and returns across eCommerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Ajio etc- Training will be given for unknown platforms.
• Communicate with eCommerce portals via email and calls to resolve issues
• Process daily order processing, do return management, and manage pick up and warehouse team.
• Knows Bulk listings on Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio etc

Qualifications & Skills:

• Knowledge of managing eCommerce operations across multiple portals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
• Experience with order management systems.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines.
