Fabiano Appliances Pvt Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic E-Commerce Executive to join our Human Resource team in New Delhi. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with the consumer electronics market and contribute to our growing online presence.

As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our online sales platforms, optimizing product listings, and enhancing customer engagement strategies. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure our e-commerce initiatives align with the company’s overall goals and drive sales growth. This position offers a salary range of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month, along with opportunities for career advancement and skill development in the dynamic consumer electronics industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms
• Monitor online sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
• Coordinate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to enhance product offerings
• Develop and maintain relationships with e-commerce partners
• Assist in inventory management and ensure timely updates on product availability
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights for improvement
• Support customer service by addressing inquiries related to online sales

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online retail
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of consumer electronics is a plus
