E-Commerce Executive

As an E-commerce Manager, your core responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales, optimizing the user experience, and driving traffic to the e-commerce platform. You will be required to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and sales data in order to identify areas for improvement and growth. Ensuring a positive and seamless online shopping experience for customers, including providing timely support and addressing inquiries, will also be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing product listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, and coordinating with other teams for inventory management. Collaboration with teams such as marketing, sales, IT, and logistics will be essential to ensure smooth e-commerce operations and integration of initiatives. Key skills required for this role include familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, etc., strong analytical skills to analyze data, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement, effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with team members and stakeholders, problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to website performance, customer experience, and order fulfillment, and project management skills to effectively manage projects, timelines, and resources.
