We have an opening for E commerce Cum Customer Care in Our Corporate Office.

Qualification: Any Degree.

Experience: 1 to 5 years of Experience in Customer Care Executive.

Timings: 9.30to 6.00pm

Salary: 15k to 20k

Location: Nungambakkam

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent communication and interpersonal support to customers.
• Handle phone, email, and social media queries efficiently.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Manage customer orders, payments, and delivery processes accurately.
• Maintain and update customer data using CRM systems.
• Guide customers in choosing the right products and services.
• Address complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Fix appointments as per client availability and coordinate accordingly.
• Lead and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Promote the company’s mobile application to customers visiting retail stores.
• Collect feedback and reviews from customers to improve service quality.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
• Customer-first attitude with a focus on satisfaction and loyalty.
