We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with 5 - 6 years of experience in building and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in TypeScript , Cypress , Selenium , and API & UI automation with a solid background in microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines . You will play a key role in ensuring quality across SaaS applications, e-commerce platforms, and CRM domains , working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, high-performing software products. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for UI and API testing using TypeScript, Cypress, and Selenium . Build and execute automated test suites to support continuous integration and delivery ( CI/CD ) pipelines. Ensure comprehensive test coverage across microservices, integrations, and SaaS applications. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and DevOps teams to define testing strategies and quality standards. Perform end-to-end application testing, including API, middleware, and enterprise integrations (iPaaS). Debug, analyze, and resolve issues in automated test runs and production systems. Document test results, maintain testing dashboards, and provide clear reporting on software quality. Stay updated with emerging QA tools, frameworks, and best practices to drive automation excellence. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. 5 - 6 years of experience in QA automation and framework development. Strong proficiency in TypeScript for API & UI automation . Experience with Cypress and Selenium . Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and best practices . Proven experience in CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration. Strong knowledge of microservices architecture . Experience working with SaaS applications and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency Levels Must-Have: Hands-on experience in REST API automation . E-commerce domain expertise . Exposure to SaaS applications . Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices . Understanding of microservices-based systems . End-to-end application integration (iPaaS, middleware, enterprise integrations). Nice-to-Have: UI Automation hands-on experience. Familiarity with tools like Splunk, Snowflake . Exposure to Kubernetes and containerized environments. Understanding of event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ). Experience in system integration and performance testing . Knowledge of AI-driven test automation techniques .
