The E-Commerce Executive will manage and grow the company’s online sales channels such as Amazon, IndiaMART, Flipkart, and the company website. The role involves maintaining product listings, handling customer queries, ensuring timely order processing, and meeting monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities (with Quantification):
1. Online Product Listing & Management:
Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate details and high-quality images.
Ensure 100% accuracy in product data and availability status.
Upload minimum 20–30 new product listings per month.
2. Order Processing & Coordination:
Manage daily orders received from marketplaces and website.
Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery (within 48–72 hours).
Maintain order accuracy above 95%.
3. Inventory & Price Management:
Regularly update stock levels and pricing across all e-commerce platforms.
Maintain zero stock-out situations on top 10 selling SKUs.
Conduct price competitiveness checks weekly.
4. Customer Service & Feedback:
Respond to online customer queries, reviews, and messages within 24 hours.
Maintain a minimum 4.5-star average rating on all platforms.
Resolve 90% of customer complaints within 48 hours.
5. Sales & Performance Tracking:
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Achieve monthly online sales growth of at least 10–15%.
Track conversion rate, traffic, and performance of each platform.
6. Digital Promotion & Campaigns:
Coordinate with digital marketing team for ad campaigns and product promotions.
Support seasonal and festive offers to boost sales.
Help increase website traffic by 20% per quarter.
7. Reporting:
Maintain daily sales, stock, and performance reports.
Present monthly review report to management.

Response time to customer queries
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in E-Commerce management (IndiaMART, Amazon, Flipkart, or Shopify preferred).
Strong Excel, communication, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of online product listing, pricing, and digital promotion.
Full-time (9:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
