Job Description: You will be responsible for developing and repairing PHP modules for assigned projects. Your duties will also include researching the best ways to handle problems and finding effective solutions. You must be willing to donate extra time to complete tasks if needed. Understanding client requirements and functional specifications to help build specifications will be essential. Additionally, you will be developing and maintaining dynamic websites and web applications, ensuring foolproof performance of deliverables, and coordinating with co-developers and other departments to deliver the best solutions for project satisfaction. You will be expected to send regular updates about project status using issue managers or project management tools, take full responsibility for your projects regarding development and problem-solving, take care of all bug reports filed by testers and clients, and guide junior developers on their respective projects. Key Responsibilities: - Must have 2 to 6 years of experience in Prestashop, Shopify, Magento, etc. - Good working knowledge of popular CMS packages like Joomla, Drupal, and custom PHP programming - Familiarity with the Twitter Bootstrap CSS framework and responsive web technologies - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of tools like GIT/SVN, Zend Studio, Netbeans will be an added advantage - Analytical and logical thinking - Passionate about programming - Willingness to work on large projects and contribute - Quick learner and team player Qualifications Required: - BCA/MCA/B.Tech/M.Tech - The qualification bar can be relaxed for exceptional candidates with good experience and knowledge in their field of work Additional Details: The company offers a 5-day workweek, Provident Fund and ESI benefits, 1 extra leave per month, a bonus for good performances, a 6-monthly increment policy, and morning shift timing from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
