Job Summary: The Senior Designer will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing the digital experience of the e-commerce platform. This role includes redesigning templates, creating custom artwork, maintaining style guidelines, and collaborating across teams to ensure a visually compelling and user-friendly site. The designer will also provide mentorship and support to junior designers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize current site templates for improved user experience Design new page templates and modules for ongoing projects Review and provide creative direction for product images and banners Contribute to site usability improvements through visual comps and testing suggestions Process and prepare digital assets as needed (crop, resize, reformat, color-correct) Transform marketing campaign assets into custom site artwork Maintain the team style guide and update production documents regularly Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, merchandising, category, design) to deliver on requests Mentor junior designers and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines
