About the Role: Looking for an enthusiastic and proactive field executive for a fashion-based start-up who will be involved extensively in promotional activities of the company, onboarding relevant skilled local professionals — including local tailors, assistant agents (e.g. who take customer measurements and requirements), saree drapers, and other skill specific workers. You will act as the first point of contact between the company and the local professionals, explaining the concept, collecting basic information and documents, and help onboard them into the system. Key Responsibilities: Identification of skilled local professionals in the assigned area (including collection of specific information & documents (e.g., name, area, sample work photos, specialty, pricing)) Preparation and execution of onboarding sessions, weekly/monthly workshops, and trainings for the local professionals Should be involved in the maintenance of the records and provide monthly reports, updates to the functional management Actively involve in the promotional activities like distribution of flyers/brochures and handle social media when required Must be a team player Must know basic computer technical skills (Microsoft office, Teams, and other social media platform) Must align with the principles and value of the company.
