JOB DESCRIPTION Observability Engineer APM Dynatrace (B2/B3/C1) Experience Overall, 6 to 15 Yrs - Relevant above 4Yrs The role is for an Observability Engineer specializing in Dynatrace with 6-10 years of overall experience and at least 4 years of relevant Dynatrace expertise . The engineer will be responsible for configuring and managing Dynatrace SaaS/Managed environments, deploying agents, enabling full-stack monitoring (APM, Real User Monitoring, Synthetic monitoring), and integrating Dynatrace with tools like ServiceNow, MoogSoft, Azure Monitor, and other APIs. The role involves conducting workshops for requirement gathering, preparing detailed design documents, creating dashboards, configuring Davis AI, Grail, and Monaco for insights and automation, and troubleshooting application performance issues. Strong understanding of cloud/on-prem architectures, microservices, containers, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices is essential. Dynatrace Professional or Advanced certification is preferred . The position is open PAN India, preferably in Bangalore or Chennai, with a budget up to 30 LPA for B3 level . Key Pointers: Dynatrace Saas/Managed Hosting Installation / Onboarding of applications into Dynatrace Full stack monitoring Real user monitoring and synthetic monitoring Experience in cloud integrations, other integrations and extensions Creating Dashboards Alert management using – service now, email etc Configurations of Davis AI, Grail and Monaco Trouble shooting experience Location: Pan India Other details: Experience: 5 + Years (5-13 years) Relevant experience: 4 years Location: PAN India (Pref Bangalore/Chennai) Notice Period: 30-45 Days Budget: B2 (4-6 Years): Max 22 lpa , B3 (7-10 years): Max 28 lpa, C1 (10+ Years): Max 33lpa
