Responsibilities Establishing technical design, estimating level of effort for technical aspects of projects and/or requirements, technical documentation, driving the application development and implementation efforts of project initiatives, and repairing/enhancing existing code. Work closely with the Development Manager, Functional Consultants and other Developers to ensure compliance of standards and alignment with the strategic approach of our Technology Consulting department. Works with the business and project teams to establish and guide business and technical requirements definition Creates the overall technical design of the system and guides component design by mentoring junior members of the team Works with other team members to validate design changes and understands impacts to system architecture as part of design review process Responsible for driving development efforts for enhancement and maintenance of Dynamics 365 CE and associated linkage to third party system including internally developed applications utilizing object-oriented design techniques and department coding standards Strongly proficient with the Dynamics 365 CE application and database structure, effectively and clearly communicates with internal and external end-users, and provides clear and timely communication to the team and the project manager on development progress and obstacles Leverages development knowledge to compile technical solution options for the functional team to review based on business requirements Creates and executes application and deployments testing through the creation of unit tests Raise Change Requests on implementations, planned or unplanned, seeking appropriate business and management approvals and coordinating with the project manager Responsible for providing production support of the Dynamics 365 CE system, integrated third party systems, and internal business applications ensuring high availability, data consistency and accuracy of information Provides support for legacy business systems identifying opportunities for enhancements to features and processes Performs other related duties as required Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or related field. We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our Agile project team. The selected candidate will contribute to the development, customization, and support of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service application, with multi-channel support and integration capabilities. Responsibilities: Configure and set up new or existing service desks and business units in Dynamics 365. Customize and extend Dynamics using PowerApps, Power Automate, form editor, business rules, plugins, and custom workflows. Enhance UI using JavaScript, jQuery, XRM controls, and UCI framework. Build dashboards and reports using OOB features or Power BI. Configure queues, routing rules, and auto-triaging based on skills, content area, and agent availability. Develop multiple channel capabilities (Email, Web, Portal). Build self-service/custom portals with knowledge management. Integrate with ESB services, flat files, and internal applications. Perform unit testing, support integration testing, and fix production issues. Participate in regression, performance, and load testing. Provide troubleshooting and technical support. Document technical specifications and system architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design and implementation decisions. Required Skills: 8+ years of hands-on experience in MS Dynamics 365 development and customization. Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Customer Service Hub, Knowledge Management, and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate). Strong background in .NET, C#, JSON, JavaScript/jQuery. Experience in UCI framework, model-driven apps, client API, and portals. Hands-on experience in developing custom SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards. Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps and pipeline automation. Expertise in handling large volumes of data and case/email records. Familiarity with third-party monitoring and troubleshooting tools for Dynamics. Strong knowledge of Dynamics security models, roles, and business unit configurations. Agile/Scrum methodology experience. Nice to Have: Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights and AI-driven analytics. Experience building survey forms using MS Forms Pro. Development experience with PowerApps Portals and Power BI.
