As a Functional Consultant in the IT Services & Consulting industry, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end tasks related to project scoping, analysis, design, functional documentation, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. Additionally, you will support pre-sales activities by conducting product demos and collaborating with the technical team to implement Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. Your experience in implementation, support, upgrade, and integration projects will be crucial in this role. To be eligible for this position, you should have extensive experience in the Manufacturing domain and a minimum of 5 years of experience in MS Navision+ Business Central. Hands-on functional consulting involvement in the implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV is required. Knowledge in various BC/NAV functional modules such as Sales, Purchase, Finance, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Jobs, and Service Management is essential. Additionally, familiarity with Power Platform products (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) from a functional standpoint is preferred. Your ability to document requirements effectively and offer optimal solutions to clients will be a key aspect of your role.
