Dynamics NAV/ Business Central Support Consultant

You will be part of the ArcherPoint Customer Service team, responsible for triaging and solving client problems related to Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC system. Your main tasks will include resolving client issues, coordinating with other team members, publishing knowledge-based articles, and assisting Marketing with Web and Social Media content. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC hands-on implementation or support. Experience with other EDI, Shipping & Receiving solutions and exposure to various add-ons will be a plus. You should possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, decision-making & analytical skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
