Experience in performing static/dynamic, transient, linear and non-linear thermal and thermo-mechanical analysis of gas turbine static & rotating components (eg: blades, vanes, rotor, casings etc.,) using commercial software such as Ansys (Classic/Workbench), Abaqus and APDL. Experience in performing strength assessment as per ASME BPV Sec VIII Code. Experience in Rotor dynamics is an added advantage. Performing low cycle fatigue, high cycle fatigue and detailed fracture mechanics assessments of Gas turbine static & rotating components.
