- As a Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst you will play a key role in shaping and supporting the Finance Operations platform used by our business
- With a strong functional background and hands on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F O you will be responsible for analyzing business processes capturing requirements configuring solutions and supporting the end users across finance procurement and supply chain domains
- You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders developers and other IT teams to deliver high quality functional solutions that meet the evolving needs of the company
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs in D365 F O
- Lead functional configuration of the platform in collaboration with development and architecture teams
- Provide second and third line support for incidents and service requests in the D365 F O environment
- Collaborate with business users to validate solutions and ensure proper testing and user training
- Act as a subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 F O for internal stakeholders
- Document configurations business processes and user instructions
- Support periodic updates and releases including regression testing and change management
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and proactively identify optimization opportunities within the system
Technical Requirements:
- Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations F O specifically in Finance Procurement and Supply Chain Management modules
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance and operations including General Ledger Accounts Payable Receivable Fixed Assets Inventory Procurement and Project Management
- Proficient in functional design requirements analysis testing and solution configuration in D365 F O
- Experience in translating business needs into functional specifications
- Familiarity with integration points between D365 F O and other Microsoft or third party platforms is a plus
- Capable of writing and validating functional test scripts supporting UAT and providing training to end users

- Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies is an asset
