Job Summary:

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Configure CRM forms, views, business process flows, dashboards, and security roles.
• Develop Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards to extend CRM capabilities.
• Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, scalable code using CRM SDK, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure high system performance and reliability.
• Participate in deployments, upgrades, and patching activities.
• Maintain documentation, unit test plans, and version control for developed components.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with

  Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement)

  .
• Strong experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Web APIs.
• Experience building custom plugins, workflow activities, and client-side scripts.
• Knowledge of Power Platform:

  Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI

  , and

  Dataverse

  .
• Hands-on experience with data migration tools such as KingswaySoft or SSIS.
• Understanding of CRM security model, business units, field-level security, and role-based access control.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate (or equivalent).
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, or other Azure services.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control tools (Azure DevOps, Git).
• Experience integrating CRM with ERP, portals, or third-party systems.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
