In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Conceptualize, implement and test process models, logic emulation, and development of GUI as required for projects. Study customer plant operations and control systems to identify performance improvement opportunities. Collect data from customer sites for projects/proposals. Support the generation of required project/proposal documentation. Configure models and controllers per project requirements. Demonstrate technology offerings and project work to customers and third parties during acceptance tests. Execution experience in DTS/OTS projects including configuration and delivery. Led 34 simulation projects (Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemicals, LNG, etc.). Experience in leading meetings, acceptance tests (MAT/MVT, FAT, SAT), and training sessions. Ability to manage multiple simulation projects in parallel. Familiarity with integrating process models with control/safety systems. Sales support experience, including presales engagements. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Fluent in English with strong communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills. Willing to mentor, guide team members, and organize tasks effectively. Flexibility to accommodate global time zones. Prior experience in team or resource management.
