A Senior Power Systems Modelling Engineer plays a crucial role in advancing electrical and power systems modelling tools. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing dynamic models for power systems, with a focus on Wind farm, HVC, and hybrid systems. Conducting rigorous simulation tests to evaluate model performance and ensure reliability will also be a key part of your role. Collaboration with multiple teams to leverage data for detailed system modelling is essential, as well as creating comprehensive documentation outlining model methodologies and studies. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership by offering guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and supporting grid connection projects. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/power systems engineering or a related field with 8 to 10+ years of experience. Proven experience in modelling inverter-based resources and working with tools like PSCAD, ETAP, ATP, DIgSILENT, and PSS/E is required. Strong foundational knowledge of electrical engineering principles and the ability to work independently are essential skills for this role. Excellent communication skills are also necessary for discussing and negotiating technical standards with stakeholders.,

Sr. Technologist (CoE: Process Automation) ~ Position overview / Objective~ Responsible for conceptualizing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Process Automation / Digitalization solutions to streamline and optimize Technology business processes. Skilled in process automation applications and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams are the primary job requirements. Job Requirements & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Process Assessment: Collaborate with CTS , Tech CoE, Ops, IT departments to assess current business processes, identify bottlenecks, and evaluate opportunities for automation and optimization.Document existing processes and gather requirements for automation projects. Automation Development: Conceptualize and develop automation solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies. Create automation workflows, scripts, and bots to automate repetitive and manual tasks. Integration and Testing: Integrate automation solutions with existing systems, applications, and databases.Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of automated processes. Monitoring and Maintenance: Establish monitoring and alerting mechanisms to track the performance of automated processes. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for automation solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Process Documentation: Document automation workflows, procedures, and configurations for reference and training purposes.
