This role is key to understand end-user needs and strong data keeping & analysis. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Customer & Product Feedback: Capture and analyze customer feedback to drive product quality and service improvements. Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic product and pricing decisions. Data & System Integrity: Maintain, analyze, and report on key back-end plant operation data , ensuring meticulous data entry and accuracy across the ERP system . Brand Management: Execute initiatives to strategically improve and elevate the company's brand image . Performance Reporting: Develop data-driven dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable business insights. Logistics Oversight: Coordinate orders, payments, and production scheduling. 🎓 Candidate Profile: Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma (in any field), with an MBA in Marketing being preferred or an add-on. Skill Set: Proficiency in Excel, ERP & Computers , with a good IQ level. Core Abilities: Strong communication and relationship-building skills; must be a fast and open learner with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
