Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in New Delhi. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving customer concerns, maintaining effective communication, and providing consistent support for product-related queries. The role requires building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively. Qualifications Proficient in Customer Support, Customer Service, and delivering excellent Customer Experience Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and understanding of client needs Excellent Phone Etiquette and verbal communication skills Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Knowledge of medical equipment or healthcare products is an advantage Proficiency in English and local languages is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
