Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, and closing sales over the phone. Strong communication skills and a persuasive attitude are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Explain the company’s products or services and their benefits to potential clients. Answer questions about products, pricing, or company policies. Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule a meeting/demo. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer needs effectively. Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system. Follow up on previous calls and leads to maintain strong customer relationships. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Handle customer objections professionally and turn them into sales opportunities. Provide feedback to the sales team and management on market trends and customer needs. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain confident and motivated. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software. Fluent in spoken and written English (or regional language as per market). Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B or B2C telesales, depending on the industry. Knowledge of the product or industry being sold (e.g., insurance, education, IT, real estate). Multilingual abilities are a plus for wider outreach. Work Environment: Office-based or hybrid setup.
