Required Skillset :
a) Process oriented who is always challenging status quo and thinking about improving current processes OR establishing most efficient processes
b) Enjoy working outside their comfort zone and challenging themselves to tackle new types of customers and engagements
c) Mentored other team members before and is comfortable providing feedback
d) Comfortable making decisions on their own and are confident in your ability to provide sound advice directly to clients
