Job Description

As a Workfront Fusion Developer, your role involves implementing complex solutions in Workfront based on requirements developed in collaboration with peers. Your aim is to deliver clear layouts that can be easily understood by business leaders and non-technical marketers. You will also be responsible for mapping out and defining complex data solution requirements and serving as the enterprise system administrator for Workfront. Your key responsibilities include: - Implementing Workfront processes enterprise-wide and ensuring adoption among all teams - Partnering with various teams to deliver Workfront solutions to large programs of work with fusion integrations into areas such as data platforms, analytics, experience platforms, and creative/production services - Coordinating with the Design, Sales, and Marketing team to identify workflow opportunities - Having familiarity with relational databases and SQL - Experience with data migration from previous client tools and systems - Possessing strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills - Being proactive, flexible, and results-oriented with a deep business process and consultative focus - Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Experience in implementing solutions in a SaaS-based environment Qualifications required for this role include having 2-3 years of experience as a Workfront Fusion Developer. The primary skill required is DXP Dev, along with sub skills in DXP Dev, and additional skills in AEM Development and Adobe Workfront. Preference will be given to candidates with Adobe Workfront Core Developer Expert or Adobe Workfront Core Developer Professional certification.
