Job Description

The role of a Workfront Fusion Developer involves implementing complex solutions in Workfront based on requirements developed collaboratively with peers. The solutions should be presented in a clear format that can be easily understood by business leaders and non-technical marketers. This includes mapping out and defining complex data solution requirements and serving as the enterprise system administrator for Workfront. The Workfront Fusion Developer is responsible for implementing Workfront processes across the organization and ensuring adoption among all teams. Collaboration with various teams to deliver Workfront solutions for large programs of work with fusion integrations into areas such as data platforms, analytics, experience platforms, and creative/production services is preferred. Additionally, coordinating with the Design, Sales, and Marketing teams to identify workflow opportunities is essential. The ideal candidate should have familiarity with relational databases and SQL, along with experience in data migration from previous client tools and systems. Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills are required for this role. The candidate should be proactive, flexible, hands-on, results-oriented, with a deep business process and consultative focus. The ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is crucial. Experience in implementing solutions in a SaaS-based environment is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with Adobe Workfront Core Developer Expert or Adobe Workfront Core Developer Professional certification. The candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience. Primary skill requirements include DXP Dev, with additional skills in AEM Development and Adobe Workfront.,
