You should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in Pega, preferably LSA certified, with at least 5+ years of experience in the role of Lead System Architect in Pega implementation projects. It is essential to possess a good understanding of the latest Pega Features on v8.X & Infinity 23 and be able to effectively communicate and recommend new features to stakeholders. Your expertise should include Pega Platform and application Design to develop enterprise Pega solutions. You must have a strong implementation knowledge of enterprise class structure design and be able to communicate with business stakeholders using the Pega Express best practice of Directly Capture Objectives (DCO). In addition, you should demonstrate implementation expertise in case structure design, data modeling design, asynchronous background processing, decisioning, security, and reporting. Extensive experience in integrations (SOAP, REST, File Listener, etc.) and its exception handling is crucial. Moreover, a good working knowledge of UI/UX design & implementation, exposure to DX API, and hands-on experience with App studio and Admin Studio are required. Furthermore, you should have exposure to debugging & resolving performance issues in Pega (leveraging Admin Studio/SMA, Key Alerts & Exceptions, PDC/AES). Working knowledge in Customer Service, SI, SD, CLM/KYC, or healthcare solutions is advantageous. Any experience in Pega application Upgrade/Modernization implementation is also beneficial. Optionally, knowledge of Constellation, Process fabric & Process Mining is an added advantage. You should be capable of leading the implementation of application software, taking ownership of delivery, and maintaining a strong working relationship with stakeholders. It is your responsibility to ensure that Pega solutions meet the requirements and adhere to industry best practices and standards. You are required to provide guidance and support to development teams to ensure the correct implementation of application solutions. Strong communication and mentoring skills are necessary for upskilling/cross-skilling team members.,

Must have knowledge on decision and declarative. Must have knowledge on Agents. Must have knowledge on Email/File listeners. Should have Operational knowledge on SMA (System Management Administrator) Must know how to Execute / run DB Tracer and Clipboard.
