Duty Medical Officer M.B.B.S - (Female)

• Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:DMOs evaluate patient conditions, conduct physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Treatment and Medication:They administer necessary treatments, prescribe medications, and adjust therapies based on patient response.
• Emergency Response:DMOs are responsible for managing and responding to medical emergencies, stabilizing patients, and coordinating transfers or referrals when necessary.
• Monitoring and Follow-up:They monitor patient progress, track vital signs, and provide follow-up care as needed.
• Maintaining Records:DMOs are responsible for accurate and complete patient record-keeping, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Operational Responsibilities:

• Collaboration:DMOs work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and specialists, to coordinate patient care.
• Supervision:They may supervise junior medical staff, delegate tasks, and ensure effective teamwork within the clinical setting.
• Quality Assurance:DMOs contribute to quality assurance by monitoring clinical protocols, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions.
• Adherence to Standards:They ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
