Duty Medical Officer (DMO) Job Summary: The Duty Medical Officer (DMO) provides continuous medical coverage to patients, handling routine and emergency care, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring smooth medical operations during their duty shift. The DMO plays a vital role in stabilizing patients and initiating timely interventions. Educational : BAMS / BHMS from a recognized university Experience: 0–3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred (Freshers also apply) Skills and Competencies: Understanding of reproductive medicine, gynecology, and fertility protocols. Good communication and empathy in handling sensitive patient concerns. Basic ultrasound and emergency handling skills are beneficial. Strong documentation and follow-up skills. Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team (clinicians, embryologists, nurses).
