As a Data Management Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and quality of material master data. Additionally, you will collaborate with suppliers, procurement teams, and internal departments to gather, verify, and update material information. Monitoring and maintaining data accuracy, identifying and eliminating duplicate entries, and ensuring alignment with inventory and procurement systems will be crucial aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for handling sensitive and confidential data with the utmost integrity and in compliance with company policies. Furthermore, as part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to recommend and implement improvements to master data processes and governance frameworks, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, IT, or a related field. A minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in SAP ERP is essential. Proficiency in SAP and data governance tools, along with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, will be required. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, coupled with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment, are also key qualifications for this position.,
