Job Description We are seeking an experienced and customer-centric Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of our Billing & Accounting Software & GST filing software.. You will be responsible for understanding market needs, defining the product roadmap to deliver best-in-class solutions for invoicing, payments, revenue recognition, tax handling, reporting, and compliance. we are looking for supercharged product manager who will help build new products and make the current product 10x better. Roles & Responsibilities for Product Manager Define and own the product vision, strategy, and road-map for our Billing & Accounting suite. Translate complex billing and accounting requirements into product features that solve real user problems. Work closely with engineering, design, finance, and QA teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time. Work with other business leaders to drive the product strategy of the organization Lead and inspire the team responsible for developing the next wave of core product features, addressing complex business challenges, and delivering innovative solutions Drive the customer research to analyse what and why of the next set of products and features to be built Take full ownership of performance metrics for developed features, leveraging data points and insights to drive continuous improvement and business impact. Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams including Support, Sales, Partnerships, and Renewals to identify their needs and build internal-facing product solutions that enhance team efficiency, drive sales growth, streamline user onboarding, and improve overall operational performance. Qualification and Requirement Engineering or Management Degree 37 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS. Prior experience building or managing billing, invoicing, or accounting platforms. Familiarity with subscription billing models, recurring payments, dunning management, and customer invoicing workflows. Excellent communication skills ability to simplify complex financial topics for engineering and design teams. Proven experience in Agile product development processes.Writing business and product requirement documents Ability to understand data and track key metrics, funnels, cohorts etc. Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery, planning, requirements gathering, and design, to launch and iteration. Clear design sense and understanding of what works and what causes clutter Empathy for the end user and deep focus on simplifying usability Previous tech-product experience (preferably 3-6 years) Skills for Product Manager Excellent communication skills Understanding of Product Life Cycle Presentation skills Show more Show less
