Key Responsibilities: Welcome all members and their guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a hospitable atmosphere at the reception area. Register all visitors, including members’ guests, in the entry register placed at the reception. Verify guest credentials as required. Collect applicable guest fees in accordance with club policies. Issue official receipts for all payments collected. Provide clear directions and assistance to members and guests regarding the location of events, parties, or meetings within the premises. Liaise with event organizers to remain informed of event schedules. Maintain and update the item in/out register, recording any items being brought into or taken out of the premises. Keep the attendance register updated for staff, members, or other relevant individuals as required. Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages when necessary. Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary materials. Report any unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate authority. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus. Prior experience as a receptionist or front desk representative preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office. Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Schedule: Evening shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 20/06/2025
