Please share your CV on sv17@svmanagement.com Responsibilities B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tool Design, or Product Design. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in vehicle integration and DMU, preferably in trucks or buses. Strong knowledge of DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), DFA, DFS, DFM (Design for Manufacturing), and EBOM (Engineering Bill of Materials). Hands-on experience with CAD software, preferably Creo. Expert understanding of PLM and PDM tools such as Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia, or equivalent. Define Vehicle architecture for electric vehicle packaging Establish overall vehicle dimensions and vehicle envelope and subsystem level. Conduct digital mock up studies of the EV vehicle for system, sub system and vehicle level analysis. Perform vehicle level performance calculations to meet design requirements. Manage the digital mock-up DMU process, including vehicle layout preparation and feasibility studies. Conduct design reviews at various stages for Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Safety (DFS), collaborating with cross functional teams. Ensure alignment of all parts to Design Verification Plan (DVP) during the virtual validation and prototype build phases. Manage vehicle integration, packaging the entire vehicle, and simulate static and dynamic clearance per Vehicle Level Objectives (VLO) guidelines. Oversee Vehicle DMU management in PLM and maintain its BOMs - Bill of materials.
