Job Description: - Respond to customer inquiries from sales representatives to secure new orders. - Provide product selection, drawings, and technical information to support sales representatives in pursuing business opportunities. - Offer guidance to the design department and order processing personnel to generate order write-up documents. - Possess a working knowledge of air volume calculation and the selection of de-dusting systems. - Understand selection and pressure drop calculation of industrial fans. - Ability to handle sizing and product selection in process bag houses, ventilation dust collectors, ESP. - Familiarity with duct layout and system designs. - Overall knowledge in various industries such as Cement, Steel, Boiler, Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Paints, Metal cutting, Food, Foundry for dust collector systems. - Guide the Application Engineers regarding enquiries and projects. - Build commitment within the team and negotiate with vendors both technically and commercially. - Perform any other ad-hoc project duties as assigned.
