Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on Policy and Claims applications, with a strong understanding of ETL processes, Reporting, and Automation frameworks.
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on P&C Insurance platforms.
Strong knowledge of Policy and Claims applications and workflows.
Proficiency in ETL testing and reporting tools.
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., TAC, Selenium, etc).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases.
Perform functional testing for Policy and Claims applications, ensuring compliance with business rules and regulatory standards.
Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ETL processes and reporting functionalities.
Implement and maintain automation frameworks to streamline testing processes.
Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Conduct root cause analysis for issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Rally.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Point Systems, Duck Creek Policy and Snapsheet Claims
Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
Certification in Testing
