Description
Role Overview: As a Duckcreek Configurator specializing in Policy & Billing, your primary responsibility will be to configure insurance products within the Duckcreek platform. You will work on designing technical solutions to align with business and compliance requirements. Collaborating with business teams, you will translate their needs into configurations within the Duckcreek application. Additionally, you will estimate solution delivery timelines, conduct unit-level testing for developed modules, and ensure timely implementation of fixes for any development defects. Your role will also involve supporting data migration from legacy systems to the new core system. Key Responsibilities: - Configure insurance products within Duckcreek, focusing on Policy and Billing. - Design technical solutions to meet business and compliance needs. - Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into configurations within the Duckcreek application. - Estimate solution delivery timelines and ensure timely implementation. - Conduct unit-level testing for developed modules. - Fix development defects within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT). - Support data migration from legacy systems to the new core system. Qualification Required: - MCA / BE in Computer Science or related field. Experience & Technical Skills: - 3-5 years of experience in Duckcreek Policy & Billing Configuration. - Expertise in Policy Forms, Transact, Underwriting Rules Implementation, Tasks & Notifications, Page Designing, Rating, and Billing. - Strong knowledge of XML (mandatory), SQL Server, and .NET (optional). - Familiarity with debugging tools like Trace Monitor, Example Utility, Data Tester, and TSV Debugger. - Experience with Azure DevOps, Tortoise GIT, and Azure Cloud services.
