Key Responsibilities:
Policy Testing:Utilize Duck Creek Policy Tester to conduct thorough testing of insurance policy administration systemsCreate and execute test cases to verify the functionality and accuracy of policy-related processesQuality Assurance:Collaborate with development teams to ensure that policy system changes adhere to business requirementsPerform regression testing to validate the impact of system updates on existing policiesIssue Identification and Resolution:Identify and report defects or issues discovered during testingWork closely with development and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptlyDocumentation:Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scriptsRecord and report testing results to stakeholdersCollaboration:Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance teamsParticipate in project meetings and provide input on testing-related matters
