Duck Creek Lead Engineer

You will be joining Chubb, a world-leading insurance company with operations in 54 countries and territories. As a Technical Lead in the Technology department, your role will involve providing technical leadership for end-to-end development and delivery of Claims management solutions that drive business opportunities. You will need a deep understanding of the Duck Creek platform, strong architectural skills, design thinking abilities, and effective communication to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with stakeholders to define optimal solutions for Claims management - Lead development and implementation of enhancements on Chubb's Duck Creek Platform - Drive the development process including integrations and solutioning - Implement best practices for Duck Creek platform and integration patterns - Build internal expertise on Duck Creek platform and train team members Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field - 11+ years of total experience - 8+ years of experience in Duck Creek Claims with knowledge of configuration and customizations - Experience with Duck Creek versions V10.x/V11.x - Hands-on experience with technologies like Microsoft .Net, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, XML, CSS, etc. - Additional technical skills in WCF Services and Rest APIs Chubb offers a great work environment that focuses on employee experience and promotes a culture of excellence.
