Roles and Responsibilities : Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Preferred experience in UAE Staffing. Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for technical roles. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates by scheduling dates, times, and locations. Shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements and conduct preliminary screenings. Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to interview coordination. Job Requirements : Strong understanding of sourcing profiles, job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, talent acquisition, and technical recruitment. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with clients and candidates alike.
