Finance Analyst We are looking for Finance Analyst who will be working on day-to-day finance support to our USI BSO NSE Nordics team. Work youll do The key job responsibilities include the following: Receivables & Payables: - 1. Following up on all outstanding invoices and preparing a detailed statement on monthly basis for all the interfirm countries which will be reviewed by Nordics Debitor Team. 2. Preparing monthly reconciliations for all major countries and updating the Debitor team regarding the difference in balance if any. 3. Clearing the credit notes and updating the unallocated amounts to the counterpart. 4. Running weekly reports to identify the invoices which are not sent to interfirm payables and submitting the missing copies. 5. GL clearing for the invoices which are on error. 6. Providing the status of all outstanding payables to interfirm countries and collecting the missing information which is required to process the invoices. 7. Preparing monthly reconciliations for all Nordic countries and updating them regarding the disputes. 8. Approving the expenses which are submitted by Nordic employees by validating the receipts. 9. First level of approval on expenses. 10. Various back-office activities related to AP/AR. Work Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM The team The Shared Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services. Qualifications Required: Commerce graduate Good communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving and decision-making skills At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivables with quick learning skills and Proficiency with MS Office applications Preferred: Experience in Finance is must Required: Good communication skills, both written and oral. Highly motivated learner and a team player. Analytical mind with multitasking ability. To be able to work stress-free under quick turnaround situations. Ability to quickly adapt to changes in tools, procedural updates and dynamic work process

Work you will do Financial reporting and analysis - Responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned budgets, including reviewing and coding individual expenses/billings, transaction flow, and account reconciliation to ledger - Support Finance Manager/Controller with monthly forecast and book closure process - Coordinate monthly reporting responsibilities, such as T&E expense reporting, headcount reporting, etc., and support on an as-needed basis varying request to Controllers/Finance Managers over and above the day-to-day reporting needs. - In-depth ad hoc analysis and working on real-time cost monitoring - Own monthly headcount reconciliation process as well as reporting for travel and meetings and other key cost drivers - Develop expertise using DTTL reporting tools and systems, such as SAP BW Qualifications Required - One to three years of experience in a financial planning and analysis, accounting, operations, preferably in MNC, or global organizations - MBA Finance/masters in finance and accounting - Proficient, or able to become proficient quickly, with DTTL financial systems (SAP ECC, BW, and other as needed) - Understanding of financial accounting (income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows) and financial and operational metrics/KPIs (key performance indicators) used by professional services firms Work location: Hyderabad Shift timings: 11AM to 8PM or 2PM to 11PM
