DTP Operator cum Junior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a creative DTP Operator cum Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will assist in the creation of visual assets across a variety of digital and print media, catalogue, brochure, type-sitting of books etc. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment of digital media .

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing digital and print materials including social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and more.
• Collaborate with senior designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts and campaigns, flyers, promotional material, catalogues, brochures.
• Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all assets.
• Prepare final artwork for production or publishing.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Stay up to date on design trends and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0–2 years of professional design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is must)
• Basic understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
• A portfolio showcasing your design work (school projects, internships, or freelance work accepted)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
