Overview The DTP Specialist/Graphic Designer (Desktop Publishing) is responsible for designing, formatting, and managing high-quality visual materials to support various organizational needs, including communication, marketing, and documentation. This role involves ensuring consistency in branding and design, adhering to technical and stylistic guidelines, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver polished, visually appealing assets. The DTP Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing the organizations communication and presentation capabilities. Key Responsibilities Design and format visually engaging materials such as presentations, reports, brochures, and marketing assets, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and branding. Develop and maintain templates, style guides, and visual libraries to ensure consistency. Prepare high-resolution materials for both print and digital platforms, ensuring quality. Ensure alignment of designs with branding guidelines, including typography, colour schemes, and visual hierarchy. Manage asset libraries, file organization, and version control to maintain a streamlined workflow. Proficiency in industry-standard design and publishing software, such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator , Photoshop , Coral Draw and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and visual storytelling. Understanding of Die Lines, CMYK and RGB Color Spaces, Pre-Print process, Printing Techniques, methodical design approach. Knowledge to set templates on Canva. The DTP Specialist ensures that all visual and communication materials produced by the organization reflect its professionalism and brand identity. By delivering high-quality designs and streamlining workflows, this role enhances the organizations ability to communicate effectively, both internally and externally. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in desktop publishing, graphic design, or a similar role.

Role & responsibilities Document & Label Design: Create and edit product labels, brochures, and marketing materials. Prepare, format, and finalize artwork files for printing, packaging, labels, marketing collaterals, and more Formatting & Layout: Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and formatting of text and graphics for print and digital use. Review and tweak designs created by the graphic design team to ensure they meet all printing specifications and production requirements (bleeds, resolution, color profiles, dielines, etc.). Printing Coordination: Ensure final designs meet printing and production specifications and coordinating with Printing Vendors.Visit print vendors to oversee the printing process, conduct quality checks, and flag any issues early. File Management: Maintain organized files and versions for easy access and updates. Adherence to Guidelines: Follow brand and regulatory guidelines (Marketing team's requirements). Printing Coordination: Collaborate with printing vendors to ensure the successful production of printed materials. Version Control: Maintain organized records of design files, including revisions and final versions, ensuring proper version control and archiving. Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in DTP, pre-press, or production support. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CoreIIDRAW) and related DTP tools. Understanding of Printing Processes (offset, digital, and packaging prints) Strong understanding of print production, color correction, resolution, file formats, and packaging print specifications. Detail-oriented with a strong eye for layout, alignment, and quality assurance. Ability to work with dielines, print-ready PDFs, color standards, and typography. Basic design skills to make minor adjustments or adapt creatives when required. Familiarity with printing techniques, materials, substrates, and finishes (bonus if experienced with sustainable packaging materials). Ability to travel locally between the office, print vendors, and production units as needed. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams (design, marketing, production).

Responsibilities & Duties Role includes assisting Team Lead and supervising a team, resolving complex issues, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy The position acts as a critical support role to the Team Lead, ensuring adherence to internal controls and compliance with organizational policies. Performing end-to-end Billing activities and follow established policies, procedures, and management guidance. Manage the daily activities by ensuring timeliness and meeting all required SLA. Work closely with the team, team lead/manager and relevant offshore and onshore teams within O2C Tower in reaching goals and accomplishing the team vision. Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure invoices are submitted to the clients timely and accurately. Distribute invoices to external clients through various distribution platforms e.g. mail, email, and client portal uploads. Respond to inquiries and escalate issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution. Participate in governance meetings with Operations Team and/or clients. Provide guidance and training to team members to improve productivity and performance Supervise the processing of various Billing types (T&M, Lumpsum, Percentage etc.). Review and resolve escalated issues related to billing with the Onshore team. Generate, review, and analyze weekly, and monthly revenue reports. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable. Identify trends in discrepancies and propose preventive measures. Collaborate with the Team Lead to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Partner with IT and finance teams to optimize ERP systems for enhanced Billing processes. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding process queries. Address critical issues and recommend resolutions to the Team Lead within the prescribed turn-around time. Perform transition-related activities such as process training & desktop procedures creation. Contribute in various and simultaneous process improvement initiatives to streamline processes and improve customer experience. Support the Team Lead in report preparation by providing analysis and recommendation within established guidelines and procedures. Contribute specialized expertise to different assigned projects and may provide key updates to Team Lead and Manager. Assist in process trainings and knowledge transfers for new hires and may perform peer reviews as needed. Perform various billing tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures. Manage complex billing transactions and perform quality review of invoices. Monitor assigned projects and collaborate with Stakeholders to ensure invoices are submitted to the clients timely and accurately. Assess identified issues and collate documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving common and recurring issues Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required. Assist junior team members to address process related concerns Qualifications Bachelors degree in finance & accounting or any Business-related course. 6 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash. Excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English. Advanced proficiency in MS Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe application. Advanced knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and procedures and internal controls. Experience working with ERP, i.e. Oracle Systems or SAP is preferred. Previous experience in process migration/transition is preferred. Experience working in Shared Services or BPO is preferred.
