You are a detail-oriented IVR Tester with 6-8 years of experience in Genesys IVR solutions, seeking to join a quality assurance team. Your primary responsibility will be testing interactive voice response (IVR) systems, ensuring smooth customer interactions, validating call flows, and enhancing voice-based applications. Your key responsibilities include developing, executing, and maintaining test cases and plans for IVR applications based on business requirements. You will conduct functional, regression, load, and performance testing on IVR call flows. Testing Genesys IVR applications, including call routing, voice recognition (ASR), text-to-speech (TTS), and self-service workflows will be part of your duties. You will validate DTMF and speech recognition interactions, working closely with developers, business analysts, and system architects to troubleshoot issues and optimize IVR performance. In addition, you will use test automation tools for IVR testing if applicable, analyze call logs, backend databases, and integrations to verify end-to-end IVR performance. Documenting defects, tracking bug fixes, and reporting testing progress using JIRA, ALM, or other defect tracking tools will also be part of your role. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices for IVR testing, supporting UAT, and assisting in production validation are also essential tasks. Your required skills and qualifications include a strong knowledge of the Genesys IVR platform and Genesys Composer. You should have experience in IVR testing methodologies, hands-on experience with SIP, VoIP, CTI, and telephony protocols, proficiency in DTMF and speech recognition-based IVR testing, and familiarity with API testing tools like Postman and SOAP UI for IVR backend integration validation. Additionally, knowledge of database queries (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB) for backend validation is necessary. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred for this role.,
