As an Application Developer at IBM, you'll work with clients to co-create solutions to major real-world challenges by using best practice technologies, tools, techniques, and products to translate system requirements into the design and development of customized systems. In your role, you will be responsible for Adobe Analytics Implement and configure Adobe Analytics for tracking user interactions on websites and mobile applications. Set up and manage eVars, props, and events for capturing data. Deploy Adobe Analytics using Tag management solutions and ensure the accurate collection of data. Collaborate with developers to implement data layers and custom tagging solutions. Maintain and update tags across web and mobile platforms as required by new campaigns or tracking needs. Optimize the tagging setup for performance and data accuracy. Troubleshoot and debug analytics issues using tools such as Adobe Debugger, browser dev tools, and Charles Proxy. Perform audits of the Adobe Analytics and Target implementation to ensure accurate tracking. Data management using processing rules, SAINT Classification and Classification rule builders Exposure to reporting APIs, Data Warehouse and Data Feeds Adobe Target Implement Adobe Target for A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalized content experiences. Set up A/B tests and personalization campaigns based on business and marketing requirements. Integrate Adobe Analytics and Target to ensure seamless data flow for audience segmentation and reporting. Collaborate with design, development, and UX teams to ensure tests and personalized experiences are implemented correctly Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise 3 - 7 years of experience working with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target. Strong experience with Tag management tools like Adobe Data collection, Tealium, Ensighten. Implementation of Analytics and Target using Web and Mobile SDKs Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and APIs for custom tracking solutions. Senior Subsea Surveyor The Senior Subsea Surveyor is a team member of the Subsea, Civil, and Marine Engineering team within ENGINE Center and provides deep technical expertise in land C hydrographic survey C positioning principles, data collection, processing and quality control. This role requires knowledge in applying geospatial processing and visualization packages such as: ESRI Geographic Information Systems (GIS), EIVA, AutoCAD, Cyclone, etc. to derive valuable insight for our business. The successful candidate will need to have a strong core knowledge on the application of coordinate reference systems, transformations, and vertical datums. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising Upstream Major Capital Projects (from concept development to commissioning), Base Business Subsea Operations, Downstream Manufacturing Facilities development C maintenance operations across multiple international locations. Key Responsibilities Provide short-term survey C positioning support to Major Capital Projects and assets globally to ensure technical excellence and operational efficiency. Review of survey procedures, site representation, acoustic frequency management planning, subsea metrology, offshore installation, subsea intervention, and inspection of subsea facilities and pipelines. Leverage data and software engineering techniques to create business value through data accessibility, data processing, data management and application of GIS. Understanding the business needs of the corporation to support work processes and strategic business objectives. Initiate and lead research and development programs to deliver new technologies to the business. Establishes C maintains working relationships with key stakeholders within the ENGINE, Technology Center, Capital Projects, and Business Units across the enterprise. Collaborate with industry peers on developing standards, data models and best practice to drive efficiency. Preferred Qualification A minimum of 10-15 years experience in land C offshore positioning, geophysical survey, terrestrial laser scanning and photogrammetric surveys, aerial LiDAR surveys, survey control networks and construction support. Demonstrated success working on multi-discipline teams as a technical contributor. Experience applying agile project management principles. Familiarity with the development and application of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GENAI) tools C platforms is highly regarded. Experience working with diverse geospatial 3D data types e.g. Digital Terrain Models (DTM), LiDAR point clouds, orthomosaics, Business Information Models (BIM) etc.
