Objective of this Role: We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding corporate relationships, managing channel partners, conducting Direct-to-Location (DTL) activities, and visiting societies to generate business opportunities. This role is critical for establishing corporate tie-ups, fostering relationships with channel partners, and promoting projects through on-ground activities. Key Responsibilities: Corporate Tie-Ups : Identify and establish strategic partnerships with corporate clients for real estate projects. Develop long-term relationships with corporate stakeholders to secure consistent business opportunities. Present project offerings to corporate clients and decision-makers through meetings and presentations. Channel Partner Management : Manage relationships with real estate channel partners (brokers, agents) to ensure their active involvement in promoting projects. Provide regular updates, project details, and support to channel partners to drive sales performance. Monitor and ensure channel partners meet sales targets and promote company projects effectively. Direct-to-Location (DTL) Activities : Plan and execute DTL activities, including visiting societies, residential complexes, and communities to promote real estate projects. Engage directly with potential customers in society visits, building awareness and interest in the companys offerings. Organize events, exhibitions, and promotions in targeted locations to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. Sales & Marketing Coordination : Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute business development strategies for corporate tie-ups and channel partners. Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring a smooth customer experience and high satisfaction levels. Market Research : Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, target markets, and competitor activities to improve business development strategies. Assist in formulating strategies to drive growth in corporate sales, channel partnerships, and DTL outreach. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience (2-5 years) in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. Hands-on experience with corporate tie-ups, channel partner management, and on-ground promotional activities. Familiarity with real estate market trends and customer engagement practices.
