Strong expertise in signal flow, video/audio compression standards, IP broadcast workflows, and transmission technologies. Proven track record managing technical teams and complex broadcast operations. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
