Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with DSA and DST partners for sourcing unsecured business loans. Drive loan acquisition targets for the branch in line with business goals. Lead, train, and motivate the DST team to ensure productivity and quality sourcing. Identify and onboard new DSA partners to expand business reach.
