DSP Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and verify advanced signal processing algorithms using Detection & Estimation Theory and Random Processes Analysis.
  
• Simulate and model end-to-end systems to meet defined performance specifications.
  
• Analyze and validate algorithm performance against real-world sensor data.
  
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and system teams to integrate DSP algorithms into production systems.
  
• Optimize algorithm performance for computational efficiency and accuracy.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree (MSEE or equivalent) with a focus in

  Digital Signal Processing

  or

  Digital Communications Theory

  .

• 6+ years

  of experience in DSP algorithm development and system-level design.
• Strong mathematical and theoretical background in DSP, estimation, and communication systems.
  
• Proven experience designing and optimizing DSP algorithms for

  Radar

  ,

  LiDAR

  , or other advanced sensors.
• Proficiency in

  MATLAB

  and

  C/C++

  ; experience with

  Python

  or similar languages.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with

  Radar or LiDAR Signal Processing (FMCW)

• Expertise in
