As a Product Specialist at our company, you will be a crucial part of our team, contributing to the optimization of our advertising technologies and monetization strategies. Your role will involve analyzing and improving our programmatic advertising solutions, making data-driven product decisions, and collaborating with various teams to maximize revenue performance. Your understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, innovative mindset, and dedication to delivering exceptional value to customers will be essential in this role. You will work closely with Business Managers, Tech Head, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define and prioritize product features and roadmaps, ensuring they align with our business objectives. Leading an agile engineering scrum team, you will guide investment decisions and oversee the rapid delivery of customer value while working towards long-term strategic goals. Throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond, you will maintain a strong sense of accountability and ownership. Your responsibilities will also include developing and maintaining comprehensive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights. You will evaluate and optimize programmatic advertising technologies such as Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and header bidding to enhance performance and revenue. Identifying and troubleshooting issues related to ad delivery, performance, and revenue attribution will be crucial for ensuring seamless operations and efficiency. Monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies within the digital advertising ecosystem will be part of your role, allowing you to stay ahead of the curve and identify opportunities for innovation. Conducting product research and competitive analysis will inform strategic decision-making. Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance the advertiser experience and effectively communicating technical concepts to stakeholders will also be vital aspects of your role. Your experience in Programmatic Advertising or Digital Advertising, understanding of DSP management, campaign execution, and proficiency in DV360 will be essential. Hands-on experience with Figma, UI/UX principles, and product research is required. Your ability to analyze complex data sets, make informed decisions, and solve problems with a user-centric mindset will be valuable. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in leading agile engineering scrum teams, will be beneficial.
