Key Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in managing personal loan sales teams. Strong knowledge of DSA/DST/telesales lending models. Ability to lead with motivation, discipline, and integrity. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance. 3–5 years of relevant experience in personal loan sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
