You will be joining Housiey, a proptech startup under Key Mansions Pvt Ltd, dedicated to simplifying the home buying journey in India. Our goal is to revolutionize the real estate industry in the country through the use of technology. Housiey operates as an ecosystem that empowers buyers to make informed decisions and fulfill their dream of owning a home in a uniquely transparent and convenient manner. As part of our team of over 375 professionals with offices in Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore, you will contribute to our significant yearly achievements, including selling properties worth 2800 Crores with a year-on-year growth of 100%. We facilitate over 3 lakh site visits for home buyers, book 3500+ apartments, and generate more than 4.50 lakh leads annually. In line with our expansion plans, Housiey is launching a new vertical, Housiey Reserves, dedicated to providing home loan services to our customers. We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in the home loan sector, particularly in DSA companies, to lead this new vertical and drive its success. Key Responsibilities: 1) Develop the Housiey Reserves team based on the specific requirements of the vertical. 2) Strategize and implement working protocols and modules for efficient operations. 3) Establish partnerships with major NBFCs and banks to enhance our home loan services. 4) Define monthly targets and create processes to achieve and exceed them consistently.
