The Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing meals, ensuring food quality and presentation, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, and managing inventory. Additional responsibilities include creating new recipes, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and collaborating with management to develop menus and improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in recipe development, cooking techniques, and food presentation Strong knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation regulations, and food handling procedures Team management and leadership skills to supervise kitchen staff effectively Ability to prepare diverse cuisines and innovative dishes Organizational and inventory management skills Good communication and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards Relevant culinary certification or equivalent professional experience Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
